At RODERER, we are committed to offering a smooth and refined shopping experience from purchase to delivery. Below you will find detailed information regarding shipping, returns and refunds.

 

DELIVERY

Worldwide Express Delivery

RODERER offers complimentary worldwide express delivery on all orders over US$125.

For orders below US$125:

  • UAE: Complimentary
  • Middle East (including GCC): US$20
  • Rest of the world: US$25

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–5 business days to most international destinations

 

Duties and taxes

All duties and taxes are covered by RODERER for international shipments. Customers will not be charged additional import fees beyond the purchase price displayed at checkout.

 

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days following payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details.

In the rare event of a delay, our team will contact you directly.

 

Shipping origin

All RODERER orders are shipped directly from our headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

International shipping

RODERER ships worldwide using premium express courier services.

Please note that, in accordance with UAE regulations, shipments cannot be made to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

 

Multiple shipments

Orders fulfilled in multiple parcels may appear as separate charges on your payment statement.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Returning your order

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Any complimentary Gift With Purchase must also be returned

Personalized items and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

How to request a return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact info@roderer.co within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Complete the Returns Form and include it with your shipment
  3. Clearly indicate your Order Number

Returned items must arrive at our facility within 14 days of receipt to remain eligible for a refund.

 

Refund processing

Once received, all returned items are inspected by our team.

Approved refunds are processed within approximately 2–3 weeks and credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

 

Return shipping costs

Unless an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, all return-related costs remain the responsibility of the customer, including:

  • Shipping fees
  • Duties and taxes
  • Customs charges
  • Insurance or courier fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Every RODERER piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@roderer.co within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once reviewed, our team will arrange an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

Please note that damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

 

EXCHANGES

RODERER does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change an item, we kindly invite you to return the original piece for a refund and place a new order separately.
