GUARANTEE

At Roderer, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully designed and produced to meet the highest standards.

Scope of Guarantee
As of 1st September 2025, Roderer’s manufacturer’s guarantees are as follows:

  • Bag: 2 years
  • Wallet: 1 year
  • Bracelet: 6 months
  • Sunglasses: 6 months
  • Accessories: 6 months

This guarantee applies only to products purchased from Roderer or an authorized Roderer retailer.

Repairs and Replacements
Your Roderer item will be repaired or, at our discretion, replaced free of charge within the applicable period, provided that the fault falls within the terms of this guarantee. The majority of repairs are undertaken at our designated repair facility in Dubai, and the responsibility, including all associated costs, for returning the item to Dubai shall rest solely with the customer. Once received, Roderer will assume responsibility for the cost of the repair or replacement and for returning the item to the customer.

Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or changes in the appearance of materials.
  • Damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Variations in natural materials such as leather, which are inherent to the product and not considered defects.

Validity
To benefit from this guarantee, proof of purchase must be provided. The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items returned for repair are securely packaged and shipped to our repair facility in Dubai, with all associated costs borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Roderer cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

PRODUCT CARE

RODERER items are designed and crafted from the finest materials available. To keep them looking their best over time, we recommend following these steps:

  • Avoid contact with water, grease, perfume and cosmetics ; if your item gets damp, dab it with a soft, light-coloured cloth to absorb any liquid
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and strong sources of light
  • Scratches on some leathers can be reduced with gentle rubbing
  • Store it in their protective dust bag
  • Do not keep it anywhere too warm, humid or unventilated
  • For wallets: do not overload them with too many cards as this may damage the shape and/or the stitchings
  • For bracelets: do not shower or swim with them on
  • For silver bracelets (Gianni): oxidation of silver jewelry is a natural process and is unavoidable. To slow down the oxidation of your silver jewellery we recommend that you avoid contact with perfume, household cleaning products and bath, pool and sea water. You can clean your silver jewelry yourself provided that you use a specialized silver cleaning product, please follow the product directions.

Throughout the life of your product, you may notice a softening of the silhouette and a naturally occurring patina. This evolution along with the presence of natural aspects such as natural marks, wrinkles, and veins is anticipated and serve as proof of the uniqueness and authenticity of our products.
