ARE RODERER ITEMS COVERED BY A WARRANTY?
Yes, all RODERER items are offered with a manufacturer’s warranty from date of purchase against any manufacturer’s defects.
- Leather Goods (bags, wallets): 2 years
- Sunglasses: 2 years
- Bracelets: 1 year
- Accessories (key rings, caps…): 1 year
Defects clearly associated with wear and tear or accidental damage will not be warranted.
For the warranty to be valid, the Authenticity Certificate Card, delivered with each item, must be presented.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
RODERER offers Free Express Delivery Worldwide All-Inclusive on orders of 125 US$ or more.
For orders below 125 US$, the delivery costs are as follows:
- UAE: Free
- Middle-East: 10 US$
- Rest of the world: 20 US$
Delivery time is 2-5 working days to most countries.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
RODERER covers duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You won't pay additional fees beyond the product price.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days of receiving full payment.
In the rare event of a delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, RODERER ships globally. Please see above for information on shipping costs and times.
However, www.roderer.co will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
WHAT COURIER COMPANIES DO YOU USE?
We currently use DHL Express as our courier worldwide. In the Middle East, we use both DHL Express and Aramex.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
It's easy to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping email.
CAN DELIVERIES BE CONTACT FREE?
Yes contact-free delivery is available to request from your courier upon delivery.
CAN I REQUEST A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?
We will happily refund items purchased from our online store, providing the item is unworn and still in its original condition and packaging with labels attached.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
We carefully check all items before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please email email@example.com immediately so we can promptly address the issue. All issues must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.
Please note that our items are delicate and must be treated with care. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered to be faulty.
