Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship
At RODERER, every piece is created with meticulous attention to detail using carefully selected premium materials. We are committed to delivering luxury accessories designed to endure everyday use while maintaining their refined appearance and functionality.
To reflect this commitment, RODERER offers a manufacturer’s guarantee against manufacturing defects on all eligible products purchased directly from RODERER or from an authorized RODERER retailer.
GUARANTEE PERIOD
As of 1 April 2026, the following guarantee periods apply:
- Bags: 2 years
- Wallets: 2 years
- Bracelets: 6 months
- Sunglasses: 1 year
- Accessories: 1 year
The guarantee period begins from the original date of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED?
The RODERER guarantee covers manufacturing defects related to:
- Materials
- Workmanship
- Construction
If an eligible issue arises within the applicable guarantee period, your item will be repaired or, at RODERER’s discretion, replaced free of charge.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
Most repairs are carried out at our designated repair facility in Dubai, UAE.
To request a repair:
- Customers are responsible for securely shipping the item to our repair facility
- Once received and approved under guarantee, RODERER will cover the repair or replacement costs, including return shipping to the customer
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as RODERER cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to our facility.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
The guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, fading or natural aging of materials
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse or improper care
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Natural variations in leather and other premium materials
As part of the natural evolution of fine materials, slight changes in texture, patina and appearance may occur over time and should not be considered defects.
VALIDITY OF THE GUARANTEE
To benefit from the RODERER guarantee:
- Proof of purchase is required
- The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser
- The guarantee is non-transferable
The guarantee is valid exclusively for products purchased directly from RODERER or an authorized RODERER retailer.
