Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, simply send a return request to within 14 days of delivery.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

The item(s) must be sent back in perfect original sale condition and unworn. Tags must not be broken or damaged. Items must be returned with their original packaging. Eventual GWP’s (Gifts With Purchase) should also been returned.

Send us an email to to inform us of return within seven (7) days from the date you received your order.

Complete the Returns Form (download it here) and enclose it with the item(s) you are sending back.

Include your Order Number: you can find it in your confirmation email or access your Roderer account and find it there.

You have up to fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order until the date it arrives with us, for your order to be valid for return. 

Please note that sales and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

Please note that the costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery costs (including duties, taxes, customs fees, charges…) are non-refundable.



All charges related to returns are to be paid by the customer. This includes any taxes, duties, customs fees, charges.



We carefully check all items before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please email immediately so we can promptly address the issue.

Any issues must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.

Please note that our items are delicate and must be treated with care. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered to be faulty.
