At Roderer, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Below you will find clear information on delivery, returns, and refunds.
Delivery
How much will it cost to deliver my order?
- Free Express Delivery Worldwide on orders of US$125 or more.
- For orders below US$125:
- UAE: Free
- Middle East (incl. GCC): US$15
- Rest of the World: US$20
Delivery time: 2–5 working days to most countries.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
No. Roderer covers all duties and taxes for international shipments. You will not pay any additional fees beyond the product price.
How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving full payment. In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you immediately. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our headquarters in Dubai, UAE.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Roderer ships worldwide. Please note, however, that in accordance with UAE law we cannot ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Multiple shipments
Please note that orders shipped in multiple parcels may appear as multiple charges on your monthly card statement.
Return
Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
What is your return policy?
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in perfect original sale condition, with all tags intact and packaging included.
- Any Gift With Purchase (GWP) must also be returned.
- You must notify us of your intention to return by emailing info@roderer.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please complete the Returns Form (available here) and enclose it with your item(s).
- Include your Order Number with the return.
- Items must reach us within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
- Personalized and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 weeks after we receive and inspect the item(s). Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Who pays return charges?
All costs related to returns — including shipping, duties, customs fees, and other charges — are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect. Delivery costs (duties, taxes, customs fees, shipping charges) are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@roderer.co immediately with photos of the issue. All faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Please note: damage caused by wear, misuse, or neglect is not covered and such items will not be considered faulty.
Exchange
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
