These Terms & Conditions apply to www.roderer.co, owned and operated by Majesting Luxury DMCC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Roderer reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

1. Scope of Agreement

This website is owned and operated by Majesting Luxury DMCC. By accessing or purchasing from www.roderer.co, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Purchases

All purchases are subject to product availability and acceptance.
Prices are shown in USD (or in other currencies where available). Taxes and duties are included or excluded as specified at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and that you are the authorized user of the payment method.

3. Payment

We accept secure payments via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay…) and PayPal.
All payment details are processed directly by our payment providers over a secure connection. Roderer does not store your card details.
The cardholder must retain copies of transaction records and merchant policies.
Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on this website.

4. Delivery

We ship worldwide with express courier services (DHL Express, UPS, Aramex…).
Estimated delivery times: 2–5 working days to most destinations.
Orders are dispatched from Dubai, UAE within 2 business days of receiving full payment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Roderer is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or courier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, in saleable condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
Personalized or sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a confirmed Roderer fault.

6. Guarantee

As of 1st September 2025, Roderer provides the following manufacturer’s guarantees:

Bags: 2 years
Wallets: 1 year
Bracelets, Sunglasses & Accessories: 6 months

The guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and excludes wear and tear, misuse, or natural variations.

Repairs are carried out in our Dubai atelier. Customers cover shipping to Dubai; Roderer covers the repair/replacement and return shipping.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Customers may be asked to provide photos or documentation.
If confirmed, Roderer will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and trademarks on this website are the property of Roderer / Majesting. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written consent.

9. Cookies & Privacy

www.roderer.co uses cookies to enhance your experience and analyze traffic. Some cookies may be provided by third parties. You may disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function correctly.
