RODERER is a luxury lifestyle brand for men offering minimalist bags, wallets, sunglasses, bracelets and premium everyday accessories.

Prices are displayed in USD and, where available, in additional local currencies.

6. DELIVERY
RODERER offers worldwide express shipping using premium courier services including DHL Express, UPS and Aramex.
Estimated delivery time:
- 2–5 business days to most international destinations
Orders are generally dispatched from Dubai, UAE within 2 business days following payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. RODERER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Remain in original sale condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
Personalized items and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed following inspection of returned items and are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error by RODERER.

8. GUARANTEE
RODERER offers manufacturer guarantees against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Guarantee periods are as follows:
- Bags: 2 years
- Wallets: 2 years
- Bracelets: 6 months
- Sunglasses: 1 year
- Accessories: 1 year
The guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use
- Accidental damage
- Natural variations in materials
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Repairs are carried out at our Dubai repair facility. Customers are responsible for shipping items to Dubai, while RODERER covers repair or replacement costs and return shipping once approved under guarantee.

9. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, customers must contact RODERER within 7 days of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Photographs
- Order information
- Additional documentation
Once reviewed and approved, RODERER will arrange an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
10. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
RODERER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized activity.
11. PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
RODERER reserves the right to cancel promotions or refuse promotional code usage in cases of misuse, unauthorized activity or technical error.
