Are Roderer items handmade?
Yes. RODERER pieces are crafted using premium materials and produced with meticulous attention to detail by experienced makers and artisans.
 
Are Roderer products covered by a guarantee?
Yes. RODERER offers a manufacturer’s guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase:

• Bag: 2 years
• Wallet: 2 years
• Sunglasses and accessories: 1 year
• Bracelets: 6 months
  

The guarantee does not cover wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
 
How should I care for my Roderer piece?
To preserve the quality and appearance of your RODERER item:

• Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume and cosmetics
  
• Store products in their protective pouch or dust bag
• Avoid excessive heat and humidity

ORDERS & SHIPPING
Does Roderer offer international shipping?
Yes. RODERER ships worldwide using premium express delivery services.
 
How much does delivery cost?
RODERER offers free worldwide express delivery on orders over US$125.
For orders below US$125:

• UAE: Free
• Middle East (including GCC): US$20
• Rest of the world: US$25

 
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
No. RODERER covers duties and taxes worldwide. Customers will not be charged additional import fees beyond the product price.
 
Which courier companies does Roderer use?
Worldwide shipments are primarily handled by DHL Express. In the Middle East, RODERER also works with Aramex.
 
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
 
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my Roderer order?
Yes. Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided items remain unused, unworn and in original packaging.
Personalized and final-sale items cannot be returned.
 
Does Roderer offer exchanges?
Currently, RODERER does not offer exchanges.
